We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our rifles, as well as all other products listed on our website, and we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. We guarantee our rifles will exhibit outstanding precision and will be protected against any manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the rifle. If you have a warranty issue, we will resolve it at no cost to you.  Thank you in advance for trusting us with your shooting sports pursuits.  

 

What’s Covered:

  • Defects in materials and craftsmanship
  • Functional issues due to manufacturing errors
  • Barrel and receiver issues (under normal use conditions)

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)

How to File a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at 307-620-2408 or use the form above this section to file your inquiry.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  3. Follow the instructions provided by our team for returning the rifle or necessary parts.

Shipping Policy

Firearm Shipments

Tenacity Firearms ships all rifles exclusively to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of the purchaser's choice. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to an individual; they must be transferred through an FFL in compliance with federal law.

Transfer Process

  • At checkout, customers must provide the name and contact information of their chosen FFL dealer.
  • The selected FFL must provide a valid copy of their license before shipment.
  • Upon arrival at the FFL, the customer is required to complete ATF Form 4473 and pass the required background check before taking possession of the firearm.

Shipping Insurance

  • Every rifle we ship is fully insured to protect against loss or damage in transit.
  • Once delivered and signed for by the FFL dealer, Tenacity Firearms is no longer responsible for the firearm. Any claims for damage or loss after delivery must be handled with the FFL and shipping carrier.

Compliance & Regulations

  • Tenacity Firearms strictly adheres to all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm sales and transfers.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they comply with all applicable laws in their state and locality before purchasing a firearm.

By purchasing a firearm from Tenacity Firearms, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms. Failure to comply with any of the above requirements may result in delays or cancellation of the order.
